Once you have added the member as a regular member in your club, you need to apply for the veteran's discount.
To do that follow these steps:
- Go to the Lions Clubs website: LionsClubs.org
- Click on the search magnifying glass on the upper right next to the Donate button
- On the search line type "Involve a Veteran Certification Form"
- Click on the "Involve a Veteran Certification Form" link.
- Complete the form
- Save the form
- Attach to email and send to AccountsRecievable@LionsClubs.org as indicated on the form.
Once these steps have been completed the Billing department will credit your club account for the discount.
