How do I assign a delegate in MyLCI?

To assign a delegate in MyLCI:

• Login into MyLCI, click on the “My Lions Club” dropdown, and select “Conventions”.
  
  
  
• Locate the 103^rd Annual International Convention Section, then View Delegate section. At the top left-hand corner of this screen, you will see a button that says, “Add Delegate.” Note that MyLCI calculates the number of available delegates per club automatically.
  
  
  
• A screen will drop down and one of the choices will be a button to “select member”. You can select the delegate from the next screen.
  

Once you have selected the maximum number of delegates your club is entitled to, the option to select additional delegates will not be available. You will be able to assign, or reassign delegates in MyLCI up until June 23, 2021 at 11:59 PM.

Note: For countries using EMMR, there is a special pass-through to enable an EMMR user to assign delegates in MyLCI.  The EMMR user should contact their Council Office if more information is required.
